Dubrovnik AIRLINE is organized according to stringent JAA regulation, valid in the European airspace, since Croatia is a member of the Joint Aviation Authorities. As safety and a professional attitude are some of the foremost principles of our operation, fulfilling these serious requirements is easy for us.
Dubrovnik Airline is based at the Dubrovnik Airport, where all of its departments are located. As well as the Operation Center (OCC), Management, the Commercial Department, and the Finance Department, as well as the Technical Sector can be found here, thus enabling a simpler and more efficient meshing of various services.
Dubrovnik Airline bases its operation on charter passenger transport. These are mainly tourists that use various agencies to visit the Adriatic coast during the summer vacation season. There is a growing interest from domestic travel agencies for utilizing our capacity to ferry domestic passengers, thus enabling us to continue a good winter operation as well..
As well as the passengers that we carry for "our" agencies, we are often subchartered by other airlines that, depending on our professionalism, and technical reliability, use our aircraft and crews for their own programs.

With a core of highly experienced professionals that bring many years on this job, as well as their vast experience, thus greatly enhancing the efficiency of our services, a great deal of attention is being paid to hiring and training young people that bring their enthusiasm and work energy, invigorating everyday operation.

Dubrovnik airline currently employs 200, and all pilots and cabin crew are trained according to our own training program, certified by the Croatian Ministry of Transport, which is another confirmation that our constant struggle for the knowledge and skill in our crews, is showing results. Dubrovnik Airline was the first airline in Croatia to obtain a license to be a training organization for new pilots on the type, thus ensuring the quality of it's crew's education.
While determining our visual identity, we have attempted to utilize and thus show, wherever the aircraft would arrive, the beauty of the city of Dubrovnik as well as elements of traditional Konavle clothing, that rarely leave one indifferent.

The names of our aircraft are also symbolic: each carries the name of one of the powerful Dubrovnik Towers, and the tail proudly bears the flag with the inscription of what was always, through the centuries, treasured most in Dubrovnik: freedom.

By doing this, we strive to give the people arriving here, a profound first impression, and convey a little of the city's culture, heritage and history, from the moment they first come in contact with Dubrovnik - at their origin airports, on our aircraft.
