Flight safety and high standard of services are the basic foundations of every Dubrovnik Airline operation.
Well trained and satisfied staff, led by competent management shall make every effort to maintain high standards in performing their jobs.

It is the job of the Quality system, to ensure, through audits and irregularities monitoring, that the high standards prescribed by the company policy and national/international regulations are being maintained.

The Quality and safety department shall gather safety related data and monitor the trends, in order to timely act and prevent possible problems.

Dubrovnik Airline also encourages a non-punitive policy and confidential reporting in order to create a trusting environment.

In order to function efficiently, the Quality and safety department has the highest support of Dubrovnik Airline management.
